Branding your party.
These days there are so many creative, fun and over-the-top party ideas out there, but one simple way to take your party to the next level is Branding. Branding is not just for the corporate world, you can create a “brand identity” for a private party and it becomes a very personalized and unique event.
To brand a party, start with a custom logo or graphic that connects with the event theme and go from there.
Remember the invitation is the first time you are speaking to your guests–we even branded the stamps with the party’s logo.
Since it was a special birthday sleepover and workout party with a camp theme we decided to get fun items and use the logo throughout including clothing items, tote bags, yoga mats, towels and water bottles.
The same print was used on all the items, we stayed in the color scheme, and matched with the decorations. Setting up the menus on each plate, we added a pink & white bandanas to go with the camp theme, and printed the logo on the menu itself.
If nothing else, personalized t-shirts are also a great way to go. They are a perfect guest gift and an entertaining way to include the staff into your party. Here we had the caterers wear their own logo t-shirts with sayings on the back:
It will definitely give your guests something to talk about! Have fun!!
